Regulations

Our commitment to compliance of industry regulations is the foundation for everything that we do. ConServe has consistently maintained ACA International's Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) certification.

Clients who select a PPMS-certified agency can feel confident that they are working with an agency that is an industry leader with one of the best records for quality and service available.

PPMS is a management system for collection agencies that is based upon developing, implementing and adhering to a set of industry-specific professional practices and policies. To become certified through ACA's PPMS program, a collection agency must complete an intensive application and audit process. ConServe has maintained this certification since August of 2001 and performs regular audits to renew our certification annually.

Currently only 1% of the more than 6,000 collection agencies have been awarded PPMS certification.

Relations

ConServe recognizes the importance of establishing and maintaining exceptional client relationships. We proactively monitor our relationships to ensure that we are providing premier service at every level, from the Client to the borrower.

We provide our Clients with a Client Services and Operational contact list that gives our Clients a direct link to key ConServe staff. We have put in place policies and procedures that require our staff to be accessible and responsive to our Clients throughout the entire course of the relationship.

Additionally, we provide every Client with access to a customizable Client Web portal for 24/7, real time, account monitoring. This state of the art, secure web portal provides authorized College and University staff with access to performance data and comprehensive reporting through the Internet. The ConServe website makes it easy to develop web-enabled applications that can retrieve ConServe account data and generate specialized reports. Clients can view and optionally update account information, run reports, and enter accounts and payments all in real time.

We also encourage our Clients to provide us with ongoing feedback. Client Report cards are distributed quarterly and provide a forum for our Clients to rate their experience with ConServe. From our performance on your accounts to our interaction with your staff, we are committed to consistently reviewing our Client relationships to make certain that we are not only meeting, but exceeding your expectations.
