“Prior to beginning my career at ConServe I had tried multiple types of employment. Everything from a Convenience Store Clerk, Movie Theater Usher, Bakery Delivery Driver, Fast Food Cook, Shoe Salesman, Assembly Lineman, to a Soldier in the U.S. Army. For the first time I was finally working for a Company that took care of their employee's, listened to their ideas, and allowed you to be yourself. In addition to receiving a monthly bonus check for my performance, ConServe was holding monthly contests, regular workday barbecue's, family outings to Six Flags Amusement Park, employee golf tournaments, as well as other company events.
I accepted a Manager position assisting in the development and training of approximately 45 Debt Counselors. After being a part of the overwhelming success ConServe had obtained in such a short period of time, myself along with two other employee's, left the company to open our own Collection Agency. Our Agency was becoming successful but the stress became more difficult than anticipated. Six months later I returned to ConServe as a Debt Counselor. Within one year I had regained trust by proving myself through my performance and earned a position as a Manager where I still work today.”
